AI trong Smart Banking: Governance and Production-ready Agents

| ABSTRACT

GreenNode Token Factory is a Vietnam-based Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform that provides access to both open-source and proprietary models through a unified API and billing system. Fully compatible with OpenAI and Anthropic API standards, the platform allows enterprises to switch endpoints without rewriting their code. Pricing is set 10–20% below the leading provider in each market segment, with governance capabilities and data residency in Vietnam already included. Token Factory serves a wide range of customers, from individual developers (credits and token plans) to enterprises and BFSI institutions (managed inference and provisioned throughput). This enables organizations to integrate AI into their operations with predictable costs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Positioning: Token Factory is a governed token orchestration layer designed for Vietnamese enterprises. Rather than competing on GPU capacity, GreenNode differentiates itself through the control plane above the GPU infrastructure, offering model aggregation, intelligent routing, cost analytics, and end-to-end audit trails spanning GPUs, tokens, and agents, with all infrastructure hosted in Vietnam.

Why Now:

Regulatory compliance is now a legal requirement. AI Law No. 134/2025 and Decree No. 142/2026 require risk classification, incident reporting within 48 hours, and AI-generated content labeling, effective May 1, 2026. Reason to Believe (RTB): Data residency in Vietnam and built-in governance capabilities are included in the price.

No single AI model excels at everything. Enterprises increasingly use a combination of open-source and proprietary models depending on their use cases. RTB: A multi-model catalog featuring GLM-5.2 (MIT-licensed), MiniMax, and models from partners including z.ai, Moonshot, and Huawei, all consolidated into a single invoice.

Demand is outpacing supply. Global hyperscalers have begun turning down capacity requests, even from major customers. RTB: GreenNode operates its own B300 cluster, with overflow capacity routed to upstream partners when local capacity is fully utilized.

Switching costs are virtually zero. RTB: Standard API compatibility enables seamless migration, while multiple internal VNG departments have independently opted for token plans over pay-as-you-go (PAYG) pricing.
