Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Banking Academy of Vietnam and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (Switzerland). He joined Techcombank in 2006 and has 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Effective February 2026, Mr. Tuan was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer (concurrent), while continuing to serve as Chief of Retail Banking Group Officer, ensuring leadership continuity, operational stability, and sustainable growth. Mr. Tuan has dedicated 20 years to Techcombank, contributing significantly to our journey of value creation.

During his tenure at Techcombank, he has held several senior leadership roles, including Regional Director; Deputy Head of Business Banking Division; Head of Customer and Service Advisory Division; Omnichannel Director; and Deputy Chief of Retail Banking Group Officer, prior to his appointment as Chief of Retail Banking Group Officer in November 2023.

With strong strategic foresight, collaborative approach, and passion for customer centric innovation, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan plays a key role in advancing Techcombank’s sustainable growth and strengthening Techcombank’s market leadership.
