Banking Automation in Vietnam: From a Reliable Close of Business to AI You Can Trust

| ABSTRACT

Banks in Vietnam are running more systems, more data and more digital services than ever before. Behind every transaction, report and customer experience sits a web of jobs, applications and data pipelines that have to work together, on time, every day. As that complexity grows, keeping it all running reliably becomes one of the hardest challenges for technology and operations teams.

This session introduces enterprise orchestration and automation: what it is, why it matters for banks today, and how it brings order to increasingly complex environments while improving operational efficiency. We will share how banks have used Control-M to orchestrate their close of business, making one of the most critical processes in the bank more predictable, visible and resilient.

We will also walk through what Control-M can do, from orchestrating core banking workloads to supporting the data and AI initiatives banks are now investing in. The session closes with proof points from more than 40 years in the market and success stories from banks and enterprises across ASEAN.
