With nearly 20 years in the financial and banking industry, he has spent more than 14 years specializing in digital banking. His experience spans roles in both Vietnam and international banks, including OCBC Singapore, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Maybank Malaysia, where he led digital transformation across Indochina.

Prior to returning to Vietnam, he spent 10 years abroad, earning 3 master’s degrees from top Australian universities and receiving 2 prestigious scholarships from the Australian government for Vietnam’s most outstanding scholars.

At Techcombank, he led a team driving digital banking transformation across multiple domains, including payments and lending, earning international recognition for their work. His leadership contributed to accolades such as Global Finance’s Best Mobile Banking App in Asia Pacific.

He has demonstrated success in digital business strategy within the banking and finance industry by spearheading business transformation and digitization efforts. This includes managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries with diverse cultural contexts, creating new target operating models, fostering innovation through new digital solutions, and mentoring emerging leaders.

He is passionate about the convergence of design, technology, and art to develop meaningful, human-centered solutions to customers and to cultivate organizations and cultures that promote this approach.
