Duy Phan currently holds the position of Facility Manager cum Product Manager at STT GDC Vietnam, where he leads a team of facility engineers in the operation of the Data Center. He is responsible for end-to-end facility management, including maintenance planning, budget oversight, operational compliance (MOP/SOP/EOP), and ensuring 100% service uptime. He also manages the co-location product portfolio, covering Space, Power, and Cooling services.
With over 19 years of experience in the data center and telecommunications sectors across Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Africa, he has demonstrated expertise in both infrastructure development and operational excellence. His key achievements include sustaining 99.999% uptime and serving as a critical stakeholder in the planning and commissioning of new data center facilities.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Power Engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, a Master’s in Sustainability and Circular Economy, and multiple industry certifications including ATD, AOS, CDCP, CDFOM, and PMP®.
