These initiatives not only enhance business performance but also elevate consumer engagement and amplify the value of payments for financial institutions, merchants, fintechs and public-sector institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With over 12 years\u2019 experience, Johnny has established himself as a trusted leader known for delivering exceptional solutions and driving business growth for his clients. Prior to joining Visa, Johnny was the Consumer Products &amp;amp; Retail (CPR) practice lead at Capgemini Invent, where he was responsible for growing the consulting business across SEA. He focused on omnichannel transformation (through payments) powered by insights and analytics. Prior to his tenure at Capgemini, Johnny was a Digital Transformation Lead at the Al-Futtaim Group Asia (largest U.A.E headquartered conglomerate with presence in 30 countries and over 40,000 employees), where he led the development of the strategic Digital Payments roadmap across APAC.
