He particularly enjoys roles where he can combine deep technical discussions with long-term strategy development which often leads to him playing a bridging role between different teams and hierarchy levels in companies and projects.<br \/>\nAs CEO of Silicon Straits, a South East Asia-based investment and product development company, he led the business to profitably grow from 30 to over 100 employees within 2 years of his appointment, before successfully selling the business in 2017.<br \/>\nDuring that time he was deeply involved in the development of product MVPs for startups and a range digital transformation projects for corporates combining his passion for business and technology<br \/>\nHaving first joined Timo as a director in 2020, Jonas took on the CFO position in 2021 and promoted to CEO in late 2022. Over the past 15 years, Jonas has been serving in several board and executive roles investing and building technology businesses also overseeing the strategy, data and corp dev function.
